وظیفه اصلی انجمن های علمی پزشکی افزایش کیفیت آموزش جامعه پزشکی و افزایش حساسیت جامعه عمومی به بیماری‌های گوارشی است

سه کنگره پزشکی بزرگ حوزه پزشکی گوارش و کبد که به مدت چهار روز با حضور اساتید و چهره های مطرح جامعه پزشکی و سلامت در سالن همایش های رازی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران برگزار شده بود، به پایان رسید.

مهندس میثم فتحی مدیر اجرایی این کنگره ها گفت:«همایش های نهمین کنگره بین‌المللی هپاتیت تهران، دومین همایش جامع گوارش و کبد و اولین همایش جامع آندوسکوپی پیشرفته گوارش به طور همزمان برگزار شدند. در این سه کنگره تجمیعی نزدیک به 1700 شرکت کننده حضور پیدا کردند و از سخنرانی‌ها و کارگاه ها و جلسات پرسش و پاسخ بهره بردند. 1200 شرکت کننده در کنگره هپاتیت، 360 شرکت کننده در همایش جامع گوارش و کبد و 126 نفر در همایش فوق تخصصی آندوسکوپی پیشرفته شرکت داشتند.»

وی افزود:«مراسم افتتاحیه این همایش روز دوشنبه بیستم شهریورماه با حضور دکتر دهقانی معاون علمی و فناوری ریاست جمهوری، دکتر رئیس زاده رئیس کل نظام پزشکی، دکتر جمالی رئیس سازمان انتقال خون کشور، دکتر صاحب رئیس اداره کل سلامت شهرداری و همچنین باحضور دکتر کامران باقری لنکرانی، دکتر سیدموید علویان، دکتر امیرپاشا طبائیان و برخی از برجسته ترین پیشکسوت‌های این حوزه و مطرح ترین اساتید حوزه های مختلف تخصصی و فوق تخصصی پزشکی کشور برگزار شد. دکتر قناعتی رئیس دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران و دکتر پازوکی رئیس دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران هم به عنوان سخنران در این کنگره ها حضور پیدا کردند.»

فتحی در ادامه گفت:«در مراسم افتتاحیه با اهدای جایزه کوثر در بخش هپاتیت که به برترین پزشک غیرایرانی تعلق می گیرد به پروفسور رابرت گیش از کشور آمریکا تقدیر شد. همچنین از دو پیشکسوت خوشنام حوزه گوارش آقایان دکتر فره وش و دکتر آقا زاده تقدیر شد. در بخش فرهنگی این همایش هم مسابقه نقاشی در دو رده سنی برای کودکان و بزرگسالان برگزار شد و جوایزی به برندگان تعلق گرفت.»

مدیر آموزش نظام پزشکی تهران در انتها گفت:«در برگزاری نهمین کنگره هپاتیت تهران، دومین همایش جامع گوارش و کبد و اولین همایش جامع آندوسکوپی پیشرفته انجمن‌های مطالعات علمی کبدی و انجمن علمی آندوسکوپی های گوارشی ایران و با مشارکت و حمایت نظام پزشکی تهران بزرگ، سازمان انتقال خون ایران و اداره سلامت شهرداری تهران مشارکت داشتند. در ضمن باید اشاره کنم وظیفه اصلی ما افزایش کیفیت آموزش جامعه پزشکی از طریق ارائه بالاترین سطح ممکن بازآموزی و در کنار آن افزایش حساسیت جامعه عمومی به بیماری‌های گوارشی است. از ویژگی‌های جالب این دوره حضور پررنگ نمایندگان رسانه‌های ارتباط جمعی و پوشش مناسب رسانه ای این کنگره ها بود که باعث شد تا درخصوص بیماری های کبدی و گوارشی به عنوان بیماری های شایع و مهم در ایران و جهان اطلاع رسانی و آگاهی بخشی در سطح جامعه عمومی هم به طوز مناسبی انجام شود.»
