بهرامعلی ظاهری روز دوشنبه در گفت و گو با خبرنگار ایرنا ابراز داشت: ایجاد درمانگاه و اتاق معاینه و تامین تجهیزات برای انجام فرآیند موفق تولیدمثل ایران در پارک ملی توران در شهرستان شاهرود استان سمنان در دست پیگیری است.
وی ادامه داد: یوزپلنگ ماده “ایران” پس از گذشت سه ماه (۲ دوره فحلی) دوباره می‌تواند وارد مرحله آمیزش و لقاح برای باروری شود و دی و بهمن امسال آمادگی دوباره برای باروری را به دست می‌آورد.
سه توله از یوزپلنگ های مرکز تکثیر یوز ایرانی در منطقه حفاظت شده توران شاهرود در شرق استان سمنان به نام های «ایران» و «فیروز» یکشنبه یازدهم اردیبهشت ۱۴۰۱ پس از ۲ سال تلاش شبانه روزی متخصصان به دنیا آمدند که این اتفاق نخستین زایمان یوز آسیایی در اسارت بود.
“ایران” تنها ماده‌یوز زادآور مرکز تحقیقات بین المللی پارک ملی توران با “فیروز” یوز نر جوان زنده‌گیری شده از طبیعت مقدمه عمل لقاح را پس از سه مرحله معرفی و جداسازی انجام داد که سه توله یوزپلنگ نر با موفقیت به روش سزارین به دنیا آمدند که یک توله یوز به دلیل ناهنجاری مادرزادی ریه سمت چپ و چسبندگی آن تلف شد و چندی توله یوز دیگر به دلیل نارسایی تلف شد و در نهایت توله یوز پیروز زنده ماند و برای نگهداری به پارک ملی پردیسان در تهران منتقل شد.
مدیرکل حفاظت محیط زیست استان سمنان اظهار داشت: تکثیر یوزپلنگ در اسارت نخستین تجربه در کشور است که تمام اقدامات به دست توانمند متخصصان ایرانی انجام شد و اکنون باروری دوباره ایران نیز با کمک متخصصان داخلی و همکاری دانشکده دامپزشکی دانشگاه سمنان در دست پیگیری و اقدام است.
ظاهری گفت: این استان به دلیل تنوع در گونه‌های حیات وحش به ویژه گونه پستانداران با اختلاف زیاد با دیگر استان‌ها، پایتخت تنوع گونه پستانداران در کشور شناخته می‌شود.
وی اضافه کرد: سمنان تنها استان در کشور است که سه اقلیم خشک، مدیترانه ای و قاره ای را در خود جای داده و برخورداری از این تنوع اقلیمی موجب شده تا تنوع حیات وحش در استان سمنان بی نظیر باشد.
وی با اشاره به زادگاه یوزپلنگ آسیایی در استان سمنان، اظهار داشت: زادآوری یوزپلنگ در استان سمنان از شاخصه‌های انتخاب استان سمنان به عنوان پایتخت گونه پستانداران حیات وحش است.
مدیرکل حفاظت محیط زیست استان سمنان بیان کرد: پارک ملی کویر و پارک ملی توران در استان سمنان در گذشته زادگاه یوزپلنگ بودند، اما اکنون توران گزارش زادآوری یوزپلنگ دارد.
استان سمنان با ۹.۷ میلیون هکتار وسعت دارای ۲ ذخیره گاه زیست‌کره ثبت یونسکو است.
پارک ملی توران از لحاظ وسعت اولین ذخیره گاه زیست کره کشور و دومین در جهان است که توانسته شرایط مهیا برای زادآوری یوزپلنگ آسیایی داشته باشد.
پارک ملی توران مساحت یک میلیون و ۴۷۰ هزار هکتار، در شهرستان شاهرود استان سمنان یکی از مناسب‌ترین زیستگاه‌های یوزپلنگ آسیایی روی کره خاکی به شمار می‌رود.
براساس گزارش‌ها ایران از دهه ۱۹۷۰ به عنوان تنها زیستگاه یوزپلنگ آسیایی شناخته شده است، از این رو به آن یوزپلنگ ایرانی نیز می گویند. در زمان حاضر یوزپلنگ آسیایی ایران و بخش‌هایی از استان سمنان را خانه امن خود یافته و برای حفظ این امنیت و زیستگاه باید بیش از پیش تلاش کرد.
به گفته کارشناسان یوزپلنگ جزو گربه‌سانان محسوب می‌شود و گربه‌سانان امکان زادآوری ۲ بار در سال را دارند.
یوزپلنگ دوره بارداری سه ماه دارد و معمولا فصل‌هایی که رطوبت هوا بیشتر است برای جفت‌گیری این گونه ارزشمند مناسب است و براساس تحقیقات انجام شده دی و بهمن بهترین ماه‌های سال برای جفت‌گیری یوزپلنگ آسیایی است که پس از ۹۰ روز معمولا در اردیبهشت ماه توله به دنیا می‌آید.
براساس تحقیقات انجام شده یوزپلنگ جزو پستانداران چندهمسری است و یوزپلنگ آسیایی از ۲ تا سه سالگی بالغ شده و تا هشت سالگی قدرت زادآوری دارد و نوع زایش یوزپلنگ آسیایی چندقلوزایی است.
