به گزارش روز سه‌شنبه استانداری گلستان، علی‌محمد زنگانه در جلسه تدوین سند ائتلافی احیای جزیره آشوراده با رویکرد بهره برداری پایدار جوامع محلی اظهار کرد: بهسازی بافت روستا، استفاده از ظرفیت اردوگاه دانش‌آموزی، معیشت پایدار، طبیعت گردی، آبزی پروری با تاکید بر موضوعات محیط زیستی در تدوین این سند ائتلافی مورد توجه است.
وی بیان کرد: بهره‌برداری پایدار جوامع محلی با رویکرد طبیعت‌گری و آبزی‌پروری از احیای جزیره آشوراده باید برجسته دیده شده و در اولویت قرار گیرد.
استاندار گلستان تاکید کرد: احیای جزیره آشوراده به عنوان یکی از پروژه‌های ارزشمند و با قابلیت رشد گردشگری و سرمایه‌گذاری استان یکی از مصوبات مهم و با اهمیت سفر ریاست محترم جمهور به گلستان است.
پس از سفر سال ۱۴۰۰ آیت الله رییسی به گلستان و حضور وی در جزیره آشوراده، گره‌گشایی از حوزه گردشگری این جزیره شتاب گرفت اما هر بار به دلایلی در روند رو به پیشرفت آن خلل ایجاد شده و یا در برخی موارد متوقف می‌گردید.
با وجود آنکه اجرای طرح طبیعت‌گردی آشوراده سال ۱۳۹۳ به عنوان مصوبه سفر رییس دولت وقت به گلستان اعلام شد و حتی در سال ۹۷ در قالب یک اقدام نمایشی، عملیات اجرایی آن آغاز شد اما پیشرفتی در اجرای این طرح حاصل نگردید و آشوراده با همه جذابیت بصری و چشم‌اندازهای بکر، معطل تصمیم‌گیری و اجرای وعده‌ها ماند.
پس از آنکه شورای عالی معماری و شهرسازی با تغییر موضع ۱۸۰ درجه‌ای مصوبه قبلی خود در خصوص امکان شب ماندگاری مسافران در جزیره آشوراده را لغو کرد، راهکارهای قانونی دیگر تحقق آرزوی دیرین مردم گلستان در سازمان حفاظت محیط زیست بررسی شد که در نهایت هفته گذشته شورای عالی معماری و شهرسازی با ایجاد واحدهای بومگردی در روستای آشوراده بر مبنای تقسیمات وزارت کشور موافقت کرد.
بر این اساس، مالکان چند باب از خانه‌های قدیمی واقع در روستای آشوراده در جزیره آشوراده با ثبت درخواست رسمی مبنی بر احداث واحد بومگردی یا تغییر کاربری منازل خود وارد فرایند اخذ مجوز برای گرفتن پروانه بومگردی و پذیرایی شبانه از گردشگران و مسافران شدند تا یکی از بن‌بست شکنی‌های دولت نمایان شود.
در همین راستا و پس از حدود چهار دهه ، اواخر سال گذشته حوضچه ورودی و محل پهلوگیری شناورهای گردشگری و صیادی اسکله بندرترکمن در پهنه خلیج گرگان لایروبی و تردد ساحل‌نشینان گلستان و گردشگران به خلیج گرگان و جزیره آشوراده تسهیل گردید.
آیت الله رییسی در بازدید اسفند ماه سال ۱۴۰۰ از جزیره آشوراده بر اجرای سریع این طرح تاکید کرد و گفته بود : اجرای طرح گردشگری نباید معطل بماند و باید از این امکان خدادادی استفاده کرد.
رییس جمهور در بازدید ۲ ساعته از آشوراده گفت: تا کی باید معطل بمانیم و در پیچ و خم دستگاه‌های اداری این نعمت الهی راکد و بلااستفاده بماند. باید هر چه سریع‌تر روی زمین شاهد اتفاقات اجرایی باشیم.
آیت الله رییسی ادامه داد : در چند ساعتی که در جزیره آشوراده بودم، هیچ مطلبی که بتوان برای مخالفت با طرح گردشگری به آن استناد کرد شنیده نشد؛ حرف محیط زیست را هم گوش کردم محیط زیست حرفی ندارد. توقف این طرح دلیل می‌خواهد. نمی‌توان این سرمایه بزرگ را متوقف کرد؛ گردشگری اشتغال و تولید از راهبردهای دولت است.
پروژه ملی گردشگری و طبیعت گردی جزیره آشوراده شامل ساخت اسکله، مسیر دسترسی، آلاچیق، رستوران و دیگر زیرساخت های مورد نیاز حضور گردشگران است.
جزیره آشوراده که تمام سال میزبان انواع پرندگان بومی و مهاجر است در سال ۵۴ جزو نخستین مناطق زیست کره جهان معرفی و ثبت شد.
همچنین ۴۰ درصد خاویار ایران در نزدیکی این جزیره به دست می‌آید.در سال ۱۸۳۷ میلادی جزیره آشوراده با وجود اعتراض ایران، به دست نیروهای شوروی سابق اشغال شد و این کشور تا چند دهه بعد یک پاسگاه نظامی در آن داشت.
این جزیره قبل از وقوع سیل سال ۱۳۷۲ با امکاناتی همچون پاسگاه ژاندارمری، شرکت تعاونی روستایی، مدرسه، مغازه، مسجد و حسینیه بیش از هزار نفر سکنه داشت که به مشاغل دامداری، کارگری، پیشه وری و ماهیگیری مشغول بودند اما با طغیان رود ولگا در روسیه و وقوع سیلاب این جزیره ایرانی خالی از سکنه شد.
آشوراده در حوزه سرزمینی شهرستان بندرترکمن واقع در غرب استان گلستان است.
