مدیرکل نوسازی مدارس لرستان با اشاره به جمع‌آوری مدارس کانکسی در این استان در قالب طرح شهید «پناهی»، گفت: هنوز ۱۲۶ میلیارد تومان از مطالبات سیلاب سال ۹۸ به ما پرداخت نشده است.
یونس بهاروند امروز یکشنبه در نشست با خبرنگاران با اشاره به تاکید رئیس جمهور بر جهاد تبیین در راستای اطلاع رسانی عملکرد و دستاوردهای دولت به مردم، اظهار داشت: این امر موجب امید آفرینی در بین مردم می‌شود.
وی با بیان اینکه حکومت اسلامی ما، یک حکومت مردم پایه است و باید از اقدامات دولت و مسئولان مطلع شوند، عنوان کرد: اداره کل نوسازی مدارس، سوق دادن مدارس را به سمت مدارس چند ساحتی در حوزه‌های مختلف ورزشی، فرهنگی، آموزشی و … یکی از اولویت‌های خود می‌داند.
خرید ۶۰ میلیارد تجهیزات برای هنرستان‌ها و مدارس
مدیرکل نوسازی مدارس لرستان با بیان اینکه اولویت دیگر این اداره کل تحقق عدالت تربیتی و افزایش دسترسی دانش آموزان به خدمات با کیفیت در شهرها و روستاها است، افزود: رعایت اصل عدالت محوری در توزیع منابع و امکانات در مناطق پایین‌تر از سرانه کشوری و کم برخوردار یکی دیگر از اولویت‌های این اداره کل محسوب می‌شود.
بهاروند با بیان اینکه خرید تجهیزات هنرستان‌ها یکی از اولویت‌های نوسازی مدارس در راستای توسعه هنرستان‌ها در استان و ایجاد اشتغال است، بیان داشت: در حال حاضر ساخت پنج هنرستان در استان در دستور کار است که دو مورد از آنها در الیگودرز و دورود طی امسال افتتاح خواهند شد.
وی، بیان داشت: سال گذشته حدود ۶۰ میلیارد تومان اعتبار برای خرید تجهیزات هنرستانی و مدارس در سطح استان هزینه شد.
مدیرکل نوسازی مدارس لرستان در ادامه سخنان خود، گفت: در حال حاضر سه میلیارد و ۵۰۰ میلیون تومان تجهیزات برای هنرستان‌ها در حال خریداری است.
اجرای طرح شهید «پناهی» برای جمع‌آوری مدارس کانکسی
بهاروند با بیان اینکه سال گذشته ۴۵۰ میلیارد تومان اعتبار دولتی داشتیم که حدود ۸۵ تا ۹۰ درصد از آن تخصیص پیدا کرد، گفت: این عدد، علاوه بر کمک خیران بوده است.
وی با بیان اینکه در حال حاضر ۸۷ پروژه در حال ساخت داریم، گفت: اجرای طرح شهید «پناهی» در راستای جمع آوری مدارس کانکسی در مناطق محروم در حال اجرا است و لرستان بعد از سیستان، دومین استان در کشور است که بیشترین تعداد ساخت مدرسه را در این رابطه دارد.
مدیرکل نوسازی مدارس لرستان با تاکید بر اینکه از ۱۶۸ پروژه در این رابطه، ۷۷ مورد در حال اجرا هستند، افزود: تلاش ما افتتاح این پروژه‌ها تا تابستان و مهرماه است.
بهاروند با اشاره به پیگیری برای تأمین اعتبار این پروژه‌ها در استان، عنوان کرد: ۴۰ درصد از اعتبار طرح شهید «پناهی» توسط بنیاد برکت و مابقی آن را دولت تأمین می‌کند.

وی در ادامه سخنان خود با اشاره به طرح شهید «روح الله عجمیان» در راستای بهسازی و با نشاط سازی مدارس با کمک گروههای جهادی، بیان داشت: در این رابطه ۹۷۰ میلیون تومان در نظر گرفته شده است.
مدیرکل نوسازی مدارس لرستان با اشاره به اینکه تا کنون ۱۲۰ میلیون تومان در «رومشکان» و «کاکاوند» برای اجرای این طرح در استان در نظر گرفته شده است، بیان داشت: در سیلاب سال ۹۸ مدارس استان خسارت‌های زیادی را متحمل شدند که اداره کل نوسازی مدارس یکی از دستگاه‌هایی بود که اقدام به تشکیل ستاد سیل در منطقه کرد.
بهاروند با اشاره به اینکه تا مهرماه ۱۰۶ پروژه را با کمک خیرین، نهادهای مردمی، حقوقی و اعتبارات دولتی شروع کردیم، ادامه داد: مدارس بین ۱۰ تا ۸۰ درصد دچار خسارت شده بودند که از ۱۰۶ پروژه یاد شده ۷۸ مورد تا مهرماه آماده شدند.
وی با بیان اینکه ۲۸ و هفت مدرسه دیگر باقی مانده که هنوز یا تأمین اعتبار نشده‌اند و یا مطالبات پیمانکاران آنها پرداخت نشده است، گفت: ۱۲۶ میلیارد تومان مطالبات سیل سال ۹۸ بوده که از سوی مسئولان ملی از جمله وزیر کشور تاکید شده که پرداخت شوند و انتظار داریم که دولت این عدد را به ما برای پرداخت مطالبات پیمانکاران و همچنین تکمیل پروژه‌ها پرداخت کنند.
