رئیس جمهور گفت: ادبیات آذری را جدا از فارسی نمی دانیم هر ۲ یک مقوله هستند و جدا از هم نیستند ادبیات ترکی و فارسی در هم آمیخته اند و جلوه دینمداری مردم هستند.
آیت الله سیدابراهیم رئیسی عصر پنجشنبه در دیدار با جمعی از اصحاب فرهنگ و هنر آذربایجان شرقی در مقبره الشعرای تبریز با ابراز خرسندی از حضور در میان اصحاب فرهنگ و هنر آذربایجان شرقی، اظهار کرد: تبریزی هایی که در دوران مختلف مقابل استبداد و استکبار ایستادگی کردند چه کسی آن را به تصویر می کشد این به تصویر کشیدن هنر است و جلوه ای از به تصویر کشیدن، شعر است.
وی همچنین با اشاره به تاثیرات هنر گفت: هنر قالبی است که در این قالب می توان بسیاری از مفاهیم را به عصرها و نسل ها منتقل کرد.
آیت الله رئیسی افزود: یکی از قالب های هنر، شعر است اشعار هنرمندانه، پرمضمون، پرمفهوم و اثر گذار که می تواند در روشن گری و تفهیم مفاهیم عالی نقش ایفا کند و این قالب برای انتقال بهترین ها برای نسل بشر تاثیرگذار است.
وی یادآور شد: دلیل تجلیل از شعرای اثر گذار که جایگاه مداد العلما دارد این است که شهدا شهادت، ایثار و ایستادگی می پروارند و ایجاد می کند.
وی ادامه داد: شعر مقاومت و شهر دفاع مقدس فاخر است که در آن ایستادگی را با مفاهم و مضامین عالی سروده اند.
آیت الله رئیسی گفت: سوگندی که پرودگار متعال در قرآن کریم به قلم یاد کرده ارزش آن را نشان می دهد البته هر مسطوری مورد سوگند خدای تعالی نیست مسطوری که در خدمت تعالی انسان باشد قابل سوگند است.
وی افزود: این که شعر زیباست اینکه شعر در جان می نشیند و زیبایی می آفریند به دلیل زیبایی شعر است تا خود شعر، زیبا نباشد زیبایی خلق نمی کند کلام زیبا، زیبایی خلق می کند و این موضوع مهمی است.
آیت الله رئیسی با بیان اینکه شعر، فرهنگ و هنر می تواند زیبایی خلق کند و هم خود زیبا باشد، گفت: شعر می تواند هم جلوه های زیبا خلق کند هیچ چیز در عالم زیبا نیست جز اینکه جلوه زیبا خلق کند.
وی بیان کرد: جلوه مال حضرت حق است آنچه است نور خداست و جلوه اوست و همانی است که شهریار و حافظ توانسته اند به این نکته برسند، درک کنند و هضم کنند و بتوانند در قلم بیافرینند و انتقال دهند و به ذهن ها و عصر ها منتقل کنند.

وی ادامه داد: بخشی از کار آغاز شده جذب اعتبارات خوبی صورت گرفته و استاندار و وزیر فرهنگ از این پس پیگیر خواهند بود تا این مکان تاریخی و فرهنگی تکمیل شود و طبق فرموده رهبر فرزانه،این مکان به مرکز و پایتخت فرهنگ و هنر در شمال غرب تبدیل شود.
آیت الله رئیسی با بیان اینکه نقش بانوان گرامی در همه عرصه ها ارزشمند است، گفت: بانوان ادبیات فاخری تولید کردند و باید مورد توجه قرار گیرد امروز جمعیت بانوان که در مسایل اجتماعی و فرهنگی حضور دارند و همچنین نقش آنها در این عرصه ها، مثال زدنی است که باید به تصویر کشیده شود.
وی همچنین به حضور وزاری خود در استان ها برای پیگیری امور اشاره کرد و افزود: انتظار ما از وزرای کابینه این است که مردمی واقعی باشند با مردم در مردم و از مردم باشند.
وی ادامه داد: دولت وظیفه خود می داند که حمایت مادی معنوی و حقوقی از اهالی فرهنگ، هنرف شعر و ادب کند حمایت های خوبی در ۲ سال گذشته شده و ادامه خواهد داشت.
آیت الله سیدابراهیم رییسی در قالب پنجمین سفر از دور دوم سفرهای استانی به آذربایجان شرقی سفر کرده است و برای این سفر ۲۲۰هزار میلیارد تومان اعتبار و تسهیلات برای استان پیش بینی شده است.
از مجموع اعتبارات۱۹ هزار و ۳۷۳ میلیارد تومانی سفر اول رئیس جمهور به آذربایجان شرقی تاکنون هشت هزار میلیارد تومان اختصاص یافته و برخی از مگاپروژه های استان که در سال های گذشته متوقف شده بود با تزریق اعتبارات از محل منابع سفر استانی فعال شده و در حال پیشرفت است
میانگین پیشرفت فیزیکی پروژه ها ۶۲ درصد است.
تعهد استان برای اجرای پروژه‌ها در سال اول تعداد ۲۷ پروژه بود که در این راستا برای ۱۲ پروژه تخصیص ۱۰۰ و بیشتر از ۱۰۰ درصدی محقق شده و عملیات ۱۵ پروژه نیز به اتمام رسیده است.
در سفر اول رئیس جمهور به آذربایجان شرقی ۱۲ هزار میلیارد تومان تسهیلات برای واحدهای تولیدی و خدماتی در چهار بخش گردشگری، صنعت، کشاورزی و پارک علم و فناوری در نظر گرفته و مقرر شد طی ۲ سال پرداخت شود که ۶ هزار میلیارد تومان مربوط به سال اول به صورت کامل پرداخت شده است.
