حسین سلطان محمدی منتقد سینما همزمان با پایان یافتن پخش برنامه های مناسبتی نوروزی و رمضانی رسانه ملی گفت: برنامه های نوروز و ماه رمضان تلویزیون اغلب روتین و فاقد جذابیت بودند و بدیهی است در این شرایط مخاطب با وجود گزینه های فراوان دیگر میلی برای تماشای برنامه های تلویزیونی پیدا نمی کند و سعی می کند اوقات فراغت خود را با دیگر رسانه ها سپری سازد؛ بنده معتقدم که مسئولان رسانه ملی باید با جدیت بیشتری برای جذب مخاطب گام بردارند تا دوباره تلویزیون بتواند به دوران اوج خود بازگردد.
این کارشناس فرهنگی افزود: مخاطب وقتی خروجی جذابی از تلویزیون نمی بیند سراغ رسانه های دیگر می رود؛ نمی توان سیما را با ده ها شبکه دیجیتال و استانی با پلتفرم ها برابر گذاری کنیم که هفته ای یک قسمت سریال بیرون می دهند. حال باید دید چه می شود که فلان پلتفرم با هفته ای یک ساعت سریال می تواند مخاطب را به سمت خود بکشد اما تلویزیون از این امر عاجز است؟
وی ادامه داد: سیما باید هر روز باید چندین سریال و برنامه بیرون بدهد. سیما باید ۲۴ ساعته برنامه داشته باشد چرا که بودجه خوبی هم دارد و باید تلاش کند اتفاقات نیکی را رقم بزند. مخاطب باید از تولیدات سیما لذت ببرد تا دیگر به سمت رسانه های دیگر نرود.
سلطان محمدی سپس با بیان اینکه توجه به مناسبت و رویداد جزو ضرورات هر جامعه ای است اظهار داشت: مناسبت ها جزئی از زندگی جوامع امروزی هستند و صدا و سیما جزو وظایف عرفی و استاندارد این است که باید توجه ویژه ای به مناسبت های مختلف داشته باشد. در کشورهای دیگر هم همواره به مناسبت ها توجه می شود و تلویزیون های آن ها به مناسبت های تاریخی و دینی و… توجه می کنند و ما هم باید این کار را بکنیم.
این منتقد سینما خاطرنشان کرد: ما امسال بهار طبیعت و بهار قرآن را با هم شاهد بودیم؛ اما متأسفانه از بیش از ۳ دهه قبل به این راهکار نرسیدیم که در این مناسبت باید چه نوع برنامه های ترکیبی داشته باشیم و همین باعث شد تا هماهنگی بین تقارن ماه مبارک رمضان و نوروز شاهد نباشیم.
وی در پایان این گفتگو متذکر شد: مسئولان تلویزیون نباید فقط به تقویم نگاه کنند و آنتن را پرکنند. آن ها باید سیاست گذاری جدی برای نحوه جذب مخاطب داشته باشند. مخاطب چون در سال های اخیر ابزارها و رسانه های صوت و تصویر فراگیر زیاد شده می رود سراغ چیزی که جذبش می کند و این وظیفه بر دوش مدیران رسانه ملی است که بر اساس ذائقه و نیازهای مخاطب امروزی مبادرت به تولید برنامه کنند.
