۲۰۲۳ Torio Outdoor Film Festival برگزیده شد.
این جشنواره در تابستان ۲۰۲۳ (۲۹ ژوئن – ۲ ژوئیه) جشنواره فیلم فضای باز توریو، اولین جشنواره فیلم و سریال تلویزیونی در فضای باز، در سن والنتینو برگزار می شود. فیلم های پذیرفته شده در محیط سرباز برای صفحه نمایش بزرگ و برای پخش نمایش داده می شوند تا جوانان را در فضایی رویایی درگیر فیلم ها شوند.
نوآوری این جشنواره این است که فیلم ها را در فضای کاملاً حسی به نمایش بگذارد تا بیننده کاملاً در محیط فیلم غوطه ور شود.
به موازات فیلم‌هایی که قبلاً در سینماها یا در پلتفرم‌ها پخش شده‌اند، فیلم‌ها و سریال‌های تلویزیونی مستقل نیز در یک منطقه اختصاصی نمایش داده می‌شوند تا برای دریافت جوایز جشنواره فیلم در فضای باز رقابت کنند که توسط هیئت داوران متشکل از متخصصان صنعت سینما داوری می شوند.
برای ادای احترام به شهری که میزبان ماست، موضوع اصلی اولین سال جشنواره عشق خواهد بود که به طور گسترده به عنوان نیروی حیاتی که جهان را به حرکت در می آورد، درک می شود. آن احساسی که می تواند معنای جدیدی به زندگی ما بدهد. عشق هر چیزی است که باعث تولد یک لبخند یا گریه می شود. عشق تو را می کشد، اما بلافاصله بعد از آن قوی ترت می کند. شاید عشق یک توهم است یا به سادگی وجود ندارد: فقط عشق وجود دارد.
