هویت یابی تا 24 سالگی ادامه دارد/ نگاهمان به سلامت معنوی صرفا مراقبت معنوی نباشد

 
 

همایش پیشگیری از آسیب های روانی،اجتماعی و فرهنگی با همکاری فرهنگستان علوم پزشکی ایران و حمایت وزارت اطلاعات و فناوری، سازمان نظام روانشناسی در وزارت بهداشت و درمان روز سه شنبه 9 خرداد 1402 در دانشکده روانشناسی دانشگاه علامه طباطبایی برگزار شد.

همایش، در 4 محور برگزار شد؛ پنل اول، تحت عنوان پیشگیری از آسیب های نوپدید و مجازی با تمرکز بر سلامت معنوی، پنل دوم، پیشگیری از آسیب های ازدواج و خانواده با تمرکز بر سلامت معنوی و همچنین پیشگیری از اسیب های روش شناسی و ماهیت با تمرکز بر سلامت معنوی و پنل آخر پیشگیری از آسیب های روانی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی با تمرکز بر سلامت معنوی بر بستر تحول شکل گرفت.

در ابتدا عبدالله معتمدی رئیس دانشگاه علامه طباطبایی گفت: عنوان همایش، یک موضوع کاملا جدی است که ما نیاز داریم نسبت به این موضوع اطلاعاتی کسب کنیم و با ظرفیتی که سلامت معنوی در راستای پیشگیری دارد، این کار موثر خواهد بود؛ موضوعی که من می خواهم در رابطه با آن صحبت کنم، پیشگیری از آسیب های روانی، اجتماعی فرهنگی با تمرکز بر سلامت معنوی در دوره نوجوانی است.

وی افزود: فرایند های تحولی در سنین مختلف، اقتضای سن های متفاوتی است، در کتاب های جدیدی که در این حوزه منتشر شده است، دوره نوجوانی را از سن 12 تا 19 سالگی می نامند و دوره بعد از نوجوانی را که اکنون به واژه جدیدی رسیده‌اند که بخشی از آن شامل نوجوانی می شود و تا حداکثر 29 سالگی نیز وجود دارد.

معتمدی ادامه داد: در دوره نوجوانی تغییرات جسمانی، شناختی، عاطفی و اجتماعی به سرعت اتفاق می افتد که این تغییرات زمینه آسیب های اجتماعی، روانی و فرهنگی را فراهم می کند.

وی افزود: از لحاظ جسمی در دوره نوجوانی تغییراتی در قد و وزن اتفاق می افتد که این تغییرات برای فرد نمود منفی دارد، تغییرات هورمونی، مغزی و افزایش هیجانات در این دوره نیز شکل می گیرد؛ اما از لحاظ شناختی تغییراتی که ایجاد می شود سبب عوض شدن دیدگاه فرد به دنیا می شود و احساس دانایی بیشتری می کند و به راحتی مطالب را درک می کند، عده ای از متخصصان گفتند که دوره نوجوانی، دوره تولد ثانوی است، به گونه ای که فرد دوباره متولد می شود.

معتمدی گفت: یکی از بحث های جدی که برای نوجوان اتفاق می افتد، هویت یابی است و سوالاتی ایجاد می شود مانند، من کیستم، چگونه باید باشم، ایا اینگونه که هستم درست است یا غلط، اما نکته ای که مهم است این است که هویت یابی تا 24 سالگی ادامه دارد و باعث ایجاد سردرگمی در نقش می شود.

وی گفت: در دوره نوجوانی ظرفیت هایی در فرد ایجاد می شود که می تواند از ان برای جلوگیری از آسیب ها استفاده کند، پیاژه درباره یکی از ظرفیت ها گفت، نوجوان روح مسیحایی پیدا می کند و منظور از مسیحایی، یک روح معنوی است.نوجوان عدالت گرا و مطلق گرا است و به دنبال حقیقت است به همین دلیل گاهی، تحت تاثیر شخصیت ها و قهرمانان قرار می گیرد.

وی ادامه داد: یکی از آسیب هایی که فرد می تواند در این دوره به آن مبتلا شود، رفتار های ضد اجتماعی است، یکی دیگر از ویژگی های این دوره، انزوا و گوشه گیری است که یکی از دلایل این انزوا تغییرات جسمی است و اتفاقاتی رقم می خورد که هیچ کدام خوشایند فرد نیست و او را مجبور می کند ان را وارد تنهایی خود کند.

معتمدی افزود: اما چیزی که در این همایش مورد توجه قرار گرفته است تاکید بر سلامت معنوی و استفاده از ان برای به حداقل رساندن آسیب های روانی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی است، که خانواده با درک شرایط نوجوان، به او کمک کنند که سلامت معنوی را کسب کند.

در ادامه ابوالقاسم عیسی مراد، دبیر همایش و عضو گروه سلامت معنوی اسلامی فرهنگستان علوم پزشکی گفت: اول از همه باید سعی کنیم سلامت معنوی را به سرنوشت علوم تجربی، گره نزنیم. زیرا علوم تجربی از تجربه به دست می اید و هرچه داریم از غرب است ولی در موضوع سلامت معنوی، بسیار قوی هستیم؛ دوم اینکه نگاهمان به سلامت معنوی صرفا مراقبت معنوی نباشد زیرا یک بخش کوچک از سلامت معنوی است، ما باید نگاه پیشگیرانه را با ادبیات و معارف خودمان رقم بزنیم.

وی گفت: در غرب توجه به سلامت معنوی مطرح شد و در معادلات ان ها قرار گرفت و بعد از ان به صورت مختلف شاید بیش از ۷۰ درصد در سر فصل درس ها و رشته های پزشکی است.

ابوالقاسم عیسی مراد در رابطه با اهداف همایش گفت: همایش سلامت معنوی یک دهه است که در فرهنگستان علوم پزشکی با جدیت شروع شد و یک خلاء ای که در مباحث فرهنگ بومی ما باید به ان توجه کنیم تقریبا وجود داشت که با حمایت دکتر مدنی و همکارانشان این اتفاق افتاد.

وی ادامه داد: هدف همایش ما با سه کد واژه شروع شده است که یک زاویه از سلامت معنوی را در نگاه بین رشته ای و سیستمیک در دانشگاه علامه به ان پرداخته ایم؛ هدف ما این است که این آسیب ها را شناسایی کنیم و راه های پیشگیری از این آسیب را کشف کنیم و تمرکز ما را برای روش شناسی این آسیب ها افزایش دهیم.

سیدعلیرضا مرندی نیز با تاکید بر اهمیت موضوع سلامت معنوی و‌تاثیر آن در پیشگیری از آسیب های روانی و اجتماعی گفت: سلامت معنوی ما تکیه بر ارزش ها و اعتقادات دینی دارد و بسیاری از ملاک ها و معیارهایی که در سلامت معنوی با رویکرد اسلامی مطرح است، مبتنی بر ارزش ها و اعتقادات اسلامی است.

وی افزود: مغز جنین صدها میلیارد سلول عصبی دارد که می‌تواند مانند یک اَبَر کامپیوتر عمل کند پس ما باید زمانی که نوزاد متولد می شود با یک برنامه مناسب به سراغ تربیت او برویم تا در آینده بتواند از آموخته های تربیتی به درستی استفاده کند.

رئیس فرهنگستان علوم پزشکی کشور با تاکید بر اینکه مقطع پیش دبستانی بسیار مهم است، اظهار کرد: باید آموزه‌های سلامت معنوی را به مربیان مهدکودک و حتی معلمان آموزش دهیم تا زمینه را برای انتقال این آموزه ها به کودکان تسهیل کنیم.
