استاندار سمنان گفت: کاروانسرای شاه عباسی این شهر به عنوان یک مطالبه مردمی پس از سه دهه وقفه به همت دولت سیزدهم بازگشایی شد.
به گزارش خبرنگار ایرنا، سیدمحمدرضا هاشمی روز پنجشنبه در آیین بازگشایی کاروانسرای شاه‌عباسی سمنان با حضور حجت‌الاسلام والمسلمین محمد مصدق معاون اول قوه قضاییه افزود: یکی از افتخارات استان سمنان قرارگیری در مسیر زائران امام رضا(ع) که طی روزهای گذشته این استان از نزدیک به هفت میلیون مسافر میزبانی کرد.
وی بیان کرد: همراهی قوه قضاییه، اداره‌کل میراث‌فرهنگی، گردشگری و صنایع‌دستی، شهرداری و شورای اسلامی شهر و مطالبه‌گران سمنان، موجب بازگشایی کاروانسرای شاه‌عباسی سمنان پس از سه دهه وقفه شد.
استاندار سمنان تصریح کرد: اجرای موفق طرح مردمی‌سازی یارانه، امنیت پایدار، فعال کردن بیش از ۸۰ واحد تولیدی راکد، و تلاش برای تحقق شعار سال ۱۴۰۱ از جمله موفقیت‌ها و تلاش‌ها در سال گذشته بود.
وی یادآور شد: استان سمنان در تحقق شعار سال ۱۴۰۱ دومین استان کشور معرفی شد و در زمینه اشتغالزایی نیز استان سمنان رتبه دوم کشور را از آن خود کرد.
هاشمی افزود: معتادان متجاهر در استان سمنان جمع‌آوری شدند که این افراد بومی هم نبودند.
استاندار سمنان تصریح کرد: استان با مشکل جدی بحران کم‌آبی مواجه است و انتظار می‌رود رفع این بحران مورد توجه باشد.
در این آیین با حضور معاون اول رئیس قوه قضائیه کاروانسرای شاه عباسی سمنان به اداره کل میراث فرهنگی،گردشگری و صنایع دستی استان سمنان تحویل شد.
تاریخچه غریب بنایی تاریخی
کاروانسرای شاه عباسی سمنان، واقع در مرکز شهر تاریخی سمنان و یکی از ۹۹۹ کاروانسرای ساخته شده در دوران شاه عباس صفوی در این شهر است. این بنای ارزشمند که ۴۰۰ سال قدمت دارد و در سال ۱۳۵۲ خورشیدی به ثبت ملی رسید، به مدت ۴۰ سال و تا خرداد ۹۹ به عنوان زندان استفاده می شد و آزادسازی آن یکی از مطالبات مردم استان بود.
طی ۲ سال گذشته مسئولان کشوری زیادی از این کاروانسرا بازدید کردند از جمله وزیران میراث فرهنگی، گردشگری و صنایع دستی سابق و کنونی و آیت‌الله رئیسی که در مقام ریاست قوه قضاییه و رئیس جمهور دستور آزادسازی این بنای ارزشمند تاریخی را صادر کرد.
در نهایت، بعد از تلاش‌های زیاد، طی قراردادی، مدیریت شهری سمنان ساختمان سازمان فرهنگی، اجتماعی و ورزشی را به صورت موقت به اداره کل زندان‌ها و اقدامات تامینی تربیتی این استان اجاره داد و اداره کل میراث فرهنگی نیز تا زمان تخلیه این ساختمان، خانه تاریخی تدین را به عنوان اجاره در اختیار سازمان فرهنگی گذاشت و بدین ترتیب این کاروانسرا تخلیه شد.
