جمال رحمتی از کارتونیست ها و دوستان نزدیک کامبیز درمبخش در برنامه در انتهای الوند که صبح دوشنبه از شبکه دوم سیما پخش شد عنوان کرد: کامبیز درمبخش در حوزه کارتون فعال می کرد ما کارتون موضوعی است و درمبخش از 14 سالگی در این حوزه وارد شده و پیش جعفر تجارتچی کار خود را آغاز کرد.
وی ادامه داد: کار او در این سن به حدی رونق می گیرد که مجله توفیق از او برای همکاری دعوت می کند و توفیق در آن زمان جز مطرح ترین نشریات بوده است. این رونق موجب می شود درمبخش در نوجوانی کسب درآمد خوب می کند تا جایی که خودش می گفت از خانواده او به مسوولان نشریه اعلام کرده بودند به او حقوق ندهید چراکه حقوقش را تنقلات می خرد.
این کارتونیست تاکید کرد: درمبخش قبل انقلاب به آلمان مهاجرت کرد و خودش می گفت تنها با یک فرش به آلمان رفت. وقتی او می بیند که به ازای کاریکاتور به او پول می دهند شروع به کار می کند و با نشریات معتبر از جمله نیویورک تایمز و اشپیگل کار می کند و او در رده بندی جز 10 کارتونیست برتر دنیا بود و شایستگی این لقب را داشت.
رحمتی ادامه داد: اغراق نیست که می گوییم درمبخش جز بهترین کاریکاتوریستهای دنیاست. کامبیز یکی از بهترین های دنیا بود. امروز در فرانسه و آمریکا و ایتالیا و در موزه هنرهای معاصر آثار درمبخش وجود دارد.
وی یادآور شد: یکی از شاخص ترین خصوصیت های درمبخش این بود که کار ضعیف نداشت و یک سطحی را همیشه حفظ می کرد. من خودم گاهی سرم را پایین می گیرم زیرا در مطبوعات گاه با زمان کم باید کاری را انجام دهیم اما درمبخش فاصله خود را با رسانه ها به دقت حفظ می کرد.
این کارتونیست افزود: در دوره ای از کار و بخصوص اواخر کامبیز از رنگ استفاده نمی کرد. اکثر کارهای او بدون رنگ است اما در دوره ای نیز آثارش رنگی بود و تسلط داشت. این قوت یک طراح است که عناصر جذابیت کار را می گیرد و با این حال اثر جذاب خلق می کند.
رحمتی اظهار کرد: شکلک ثابت آثار درمبخش اسم ندارد. ناجی العلی کاریکاتوریست فلسطینی تنحت تاثیر مرحوم محرابی (مجله فیلم) که سال گذشته فوت گرد قرار می گیرد و کاراکتر حنظله را طراحی می کند. محرابی خود یک کارتونیست و کاریکاتوریست بود. هر طراح استایل خاص خود را در قاعده دفرماسیون خود دارد و کاراکتر هر طراح سبک دارد.
وی گفت: استمرار رمز موفقیت در این عرصه است. جوانان باید سماجت و پایداری داشته باشند. بیاد دارم کامبیز درمبخش یک روز مرا به خانه اش دعوت کرد و به قدری اثر از او دیدم که کم آوردم. او حتی زمانی که با شما صحبت می کرد در حال کار کردن بود و دنیا تسلیم آدم سمج می شود و در این صورت در هر زمینه ای موفق خواهید بود.
وی با اشاره به خاطره ای از درمبخش یادآور شد: تایمی که کامبیز درمبخش به ایران برگشت در گل آقا کار می کرد و حقوق آخر ماه او 100 هزار تومان بود. خانم وی آلمانی است و با او تماس می گیرد که جیپ قرمزی را که دوست داری برایت می خرم. او در آن زمان در منزل برادرش اقامت داشت که کمی سردش بوده و می رود که پتو بخرد و 70 هزار تومان برای خرید پتو هزینه می کند و با همسرش تماس می گیرد که خرید جیپ کنسل است.
رحمتی با اشاره به صمیمیت درمبخش عنوان کرد: همه در فضای مجازی با کامبیز درمبخش عکس دارند زیرا با همه صمیمی بود.
