مرحله اول:
ابتدا ژله موز را طبق دستور روی بسته اماده کنید و در قالب مورد نظر بریزیداجازه بدید تا نیم بند بشه. پودر ژلاتین را روی ١/٢پیمانه اب بریزید وقتی حالت پفکی گرفت روی بخار کتری بذاریدتا شفاف بشه
مرحله دوم:
شیر و شکر و نشاسته را مخلوط کنید و روی حرارت بگذارید تا شکر حل بشه ،تخم مرغ را با همزن دستی کمی میزنیم و به شیر اضافه میکنیم و خوب مخلوط میکنیم و اجازه میدیم مایع ریز ریز بجوشه و کمی غلیظ بشه مدام هم بزنید که ته نگیره حالا مایع ژلاتینی را اضافه می کنیم و خوب مخلوط می کنیم وقتی مایع غلظتی مثل فرنی پیدا کرد از روی حرارت برمیداریم و اجازه میدیم تا خنک بشه
مرحله سوم:
در ظرفی دیگه خامه و پنیر را مخلوط می کنیم و میزنیم تا یکدست بشه و بعد به مخلوط شیری اضافه می کنیم و موز نگینی و گردو و شکلات را به مواد اضافه می کنیم و خوب مخلوط می کنیم و روی ژله موز داخل نمیبندد
