کفاشیان: تنها معیار افتخار در آسیا را از ما گرفتند/ حس می‌کنم در مسیر درستی قرار دارم

رئیس سابق فدراسیون فوتبال با بیان این که از نظر زیرساخت ها بسیار ضعیف هستیم، گفت: در آسیا به تنها چیزی که افتخار می‌کردیم تماشاگران بودند که متاسفانه در رقابت لیگ برتر فوتبال آن هم از ما گرفتند.

علی کفاشیان در نشست خبری اعلام فعالیت‌های باشگاه ورزشی مهرعظام و همچنین در رابطه با برگزاری دومین جشنواره کشوری مهرعظام که قرار است از ۳۱ مرداد تا ۹ شهریور در مجتمع گردشگری کوثر البرز (کردان) برگزار شود، اظهار کرد: برای این که بتوانیم در باشگاه مهرعظام استعدادهای خوبی را شناسایی و در آینده به تیم‌های ملی، باشگاهی و استانی تزریق کنیم با امیر قلعه نوعی سرمربی تیم ملی فوتبالجلسه‌ای داشتم تا از تجربیات او نیز استفاده کنیم، او نیز قول هر گونه همکاری را به ما دادند.

وی در پاسخ به این پرسش که آیا با AFC و فیفا نیز در ارتباط هستید یا خیر؟ تصریح کرد: اخیرا فیفا و ای اف سی از فدراسیون فوتبال درخواست کرده بود که فعالیت‌های اجتماعی که در کشور انجام می‌شود را منعکس کنند که ما در این زمینه سعی کردیم کارهایی که در باشگاه مهرعظام انجام می‌شود، در راستای مسوولیت‌های اجتماعی منعکس کنیم.

کفاشیان همچنین با بیان این که وضعیت زیرساخت‌ها در کشور تاسف برانگیز است، خاطرنشان کرد: اگر وزارت ورزش و دولت امکانات ورزشی را به بخش‌های خصوصی واگذار کند تحول بزرگی در ورزش رخ می‌دهد، در حال حاضر در اکثر استان‌هایی که جزو مناطق محروم هستند مراجعه کردیم و شاهد آن بودیم که بسیاری از استادیوم‌ها که قرار بود به عنوان مثال ۱۵ سال پیش ساخته شود مخروبه‌ای بیش از آن باقی نمانده، در صورتی که اگر همین استادیوم‌ها به بخش خصوصی واگذار شوند چنین سرنوشتی را نخواهند داشت.

وی همچنین به ساخت و ساز سکوهای آزادی اشاره کرد و گفت: تا زمانی که این کار به بخش خصوصی واگذار نشود تصور نمی‌کنیم به این زودی‌ها به نتیجه مثبتی برسند. از آن‌جایی که دولت توان و بودجه کافی برای بازسازی در کل کشور ندارد، بهترین راهکار واگذاری به بخش خصوصی است. متاسفانه شرایط به گونه‌ای است که اگر جایی زیرساخت مناسبی دارد، به ۱۰ جا اجاره داده می‌شود که این جای تاسف دارد. همیشه در معیارهای AFC مانند هتل و ورزشگاه‌ها امتیاز نمی‌گرفتیم و تماشاگران معیار امتیاز ما بودند که آن را دارند از ما می‌گیرند. در این صورت به رده‌های پایانی سقوط می‌کنیم. ما اگر استادیوم استاندارد نداریم، بهترین تماشاگران را در آسیا داریم که همیشه به آن افتخار می کنیم که متاسفانه آن را نیز از ما گرفتند.

رئیس هیئت مدیره باشگاه مهرعظام فعالیت‌های این باشگاه را الگویی برای سایر بنگاه‌های اقتصادی و حتی باشگاه‌های بزرگ دانست و افزود: در زمانه‌ای قرار داریم که یک باشگاه فوتبال شاید بالغ بر ششصد تا هفتصد میلیارد تومان هزینه ‌می‌کند اما دریغ از اینکه تنها ده میلیارد را به کارهای اینچنینی اختصاص دهند. سپاهان و ذوب‌آهن حدود هزار میلیارد تومان برای تیم‌های خود خرج می‌کنند، اما زورشان می‌آید که ۱۰ میلیارد تومان برای زیرساخت‌ها هزینه کنند. اگر دولت تصمیم بگیرد امکانات ورزشی را به بخش خصوصی واگذار کند، کمک زیادی به ورزش خواهد شد. یک مجموعه ورزشی در منطقه‌ای از مشهد را دیدیم که استخر و زمین چمن آن مخروبه و سالن آن نیمه‌کاره بود.

او ادامه داد: به عنوان مثال در شهرهای صنعتی مانند کرمان و اصفهان که چندین و چند واحد صنعتی بزرگ را در خود دارد، باز هم ما با در شهری مانند بم وارد شدیم و قریب به هشتصد دختر و پسر را تحت پوشش خود قرار داده‌ایم.

کفاشیان در پایان به چهار دهه حضور خود در ورزش و فعالیت‌های اخیرش در بخش خصوصی اشاره کرد: بعد از چهل سال که در ورزش و مدیریت آن حضور داشتم، تازه حالا احساس رضایت می‌کنم. تازه فکر می‌کنم در مسیر درست قرار دارم. ما تا پایان سال شمار ورزشکاران تحت پوشش باشگاه را به ۲۰ هزار نفر می‌رسانیم که کار بسیار بزرگی است و اثرات شگرفی در آینده ایران خواهد داشت.

رئیس هیئت مدیره باشگاه مهرعظام تاسیس آکادمی را یکی از اهداف آتی این باشگاه عنوان کرد: ما در آینده نزدیک قصد راه اندازی یک آکادمی واقعی با استانداردهای روز دنیا را داریم که بازیکنان نخبه تیم را جذب کرده و برای پرورش و تزریق آن‌ها به فوتبال ایران آماده کند.

وی در پاسخ به این پرسش که آیا در باشگاه مهرعظام قصد تیم‌داری هم دارید، افزود: اعتقاد نداریم که برای لیگ برتر امتیاز بگیریم هدف بر این است که با ورود بخش خصوصی استعدادها را از پایه شناسایی و پس از سرمایه گذاری روی آن ها نخبگان را کم کم به تیم‌های ملی و باشگاهی تزریق کنیم بدون این که هزینه سنگینی را پرداخت کنند.

رئیس هیئت مدیره باشگاه مهرعظام درباره اهداف تاسیس این باشگاه اظهار کرد: باشگاه فرهنگی ورزشی مهرعظام در راستای مسوولیت اجتماعی از ۲ سال پیش راه اندازی شده که یکی از اهداف آن تمرکز در نقاط کم برخوردار و با امکانات محروم آست تا با کمک بخش خصوصی بتوانیم استعدادها را در رشته های فوتبال، فوتسال، شنا، دوومیدانی و ژیمناستیک با کمک بهترین مربیان استعدادیابی شناسایی و در آینده به تیم‌های ملی، باشگاهی و استانی تزریق کنیم.

وی گفت: در حال حاضر این کار در ۲۴ استان انجام شده و بیش از ۱۸ هزار نفر ورزشکار در ۵ رشته ورزشی شناسایی شدند که بدون پرداخت هیچ هزینه ای تحت پوشش بهترین امکانات از نظر تجهیزات ورزشی قرار می‌گیرند و این فرصت را پیدا می‌کنند که در کنار درس استعدادهای خود را نیز شکوف و مراحل ترقی را به مراتب طی کنند. سعی داریم کارها را به صورت هدفمند پیش ببریم و الگویی در کشور باشیم.

کفاشیان در ادامه همچنین از راه اندازی آکادمی در کشور خبر داد و خاطرنشان کرد: یکی از اهداف و برنامه آینده باشگاه راه اندازی آکادمی و پرورش نخبگان با حضور بهترین مربیان در تمام رشته‌های ورزشی است تا از بین آن‌ها بتوانیم نخبگان را پرورش و به تیم‌های ملی و باشگاهی تزریق کنیم.

وی اظهار کرد: برای پیشبرد اهدافمان چیزی حدود ۴۴۰ مربی در کشور از ما حقوق دریافت می‌کنند که امیدواریم با حضور این مربیان در آینده به اهداف پیش بینی شده دست پیدا کنیم.

کفاشیان که سابقه معاونت قهرمانی سازمان تربیت بدنی را هم در کارنامه دارد، به ناتوانی وزارت ورزش و البته نقش آن در تشویق بخش خصوصی اشاره کرد: اگر امروز به من پیشنهاد وزارت بدهند، طرح حمایت از بنگاه‌های اقتصادی برای حضور پررنگ در ورزش را روز میز خواهم گذاشت. وزارت ورزش با این وضع بودجه حتی به کارهای عمرانی خود هم نمی‌رسد و تنها به کارهای جاری و بخشی از هزینه‌های فدراسیون‌ها خواهد رسید. با این حال پیشنهاد من این است که حداقل شرایط را برای حضور واحدهای صنعتی و بنگاه‌های اقتصادی فراهم کند و با در اختیار دادن زمین یا مجموعه‌های بلااستفاده، شرایط را برای حضور این بخش‌ها در ورزش تسهیل کند.

کفاشیان در پایان افزود: سال گذشته جشنواره خود را با حضور ۱۲ تیم در بخش پسرام و ۹ تیم در بخش دختران برگزار کردیم که امسال این تعداد به ۱۸ تیم پسران و ۱۵ تیم در بخش دختران افزایش پیدا کرده که از ۳۱ مرداد تا ۹ شهریور در مجتمع گردشگری کوثر البرز (کردان) رقابت خواهند کرد.
